  • Students should be reading 15 to 20 minutes in English this week, Monday through Thursday. For this week, students ARE NOT required to write the sentence in their agenda.
  • No spelling work until the new year.
  • For math this week, students can either complete 2 pages in their duo-tang or spend some time on Prodigy or MathFactsPro.com.
  • CBC FEED A FAMILY: Tomorrow is the last day. Students are invited to bring in donations of money or non-perishable food items. These donations go towards helping families in need during the holiday season.

  • Students should be reading 15 to 20 minutes in French this week, Monday through Thursday.*
    *Any students attending or participating in the Celebration Concert on Monday are excused from homework for that night*
  • Students should write one sentence under the day's date in their agenda on days Monday through Thursday. This sentence should relate to their reading and can summarize their reading, give their opinion of it, or reflect on it by making a personal connection. 
  • Students should study their English spelling words at home this week. There is a spelling test on Day 6 (Wednesday). The words should be written into students' agendas under "Mots de la semaine." Students received these words last week. Students may also have a print-out of the words. Students can study their words with a family member or on SpellingCity.com or using the SpellingCity app (for phones and tablets). Students have their usernames and passwords in their agendas. 
  • Students are asked to complete 2 pages of math work this week out of their navy blue duo-tang. Please note this minimum requirement is per week, not per day. ​

  • Please return all report card envelopes if you have not already.
  • November/December book orders went home the week before last. These orders will be due by 9AM on December 5th. You are welcome to place gift orders and I can arrange for you to pick them up at the office.
